Among factors of lower back pain we can find: injuries (lifting heavy weight, sport injury, Accident (car or motorbike crash), improper posture (sitting, sleeping etc.), Pregnancy and birth process. The pain can be acute or chronic. Either way, both are highly handicapping and associated with symptoms such as reduced back motion and flexibility, pain when bending down, pain when sitting or standing long time, sleep deprivation, walking difficulties, radiating pain in the leg, sciatica. In more severe cases, neurologic signs can occur. Some of these symptoms include loss of strength, numbness and or tingling in the leg or the foot, urinary or digestive abnormalities, electrical shock in the leg.
